ONGOING CLASS FOR CURRENT AND FORMER STUDENTS:
Next Class: May 7th, 2008, 7pm Dear Students and Friends;
I really enjoyed the first of our ongoing Upper West Side meditation classes on April 1st. The space has great sound, and I love the large carved “mandala” on the ceiling!
Most of us felt that once a month, on Wednesdays, is good. So our next class will be on May 7th, at 7pm. The format will be similar to April 1st: we’ll begin the with Vedic and Tantric Mantra Invocation and then move onto meditation, Inquiry, teaching topic, and informal discussion.
Please register online just to let me know you are coming. You can give the $15 fee in class. When you register online it makes it easy for me to communicate any class details or updates.
